Christmas Set Menu – No. 1                 $36 per person

Entree
Soup of the Day
Chef’s daily creation – served with a bread roll
Shrimp Cocktail
Shrimps on a bed of lettuce, dressed with a tangy seafood sauce.  Served with parmesan twists
Vegetarian Falafel Balls (GF)
Mini vegetarian falafel balls served with tatziki & sweet chilli sauce.  Accompanied with Turkish bread and a side salad


Main
Cranberry Turkey Roast
Cranberry stuffed traditional roast turkey roll accompanied with a bacon wrapped chipolata, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables & Gravy.
Porterhouse Steak
Prime 250g Porterhouse Steak, grilled to your liking and topped with either garlic butter or mushroom sauce.  Accompanied with fries and salad
Beer Battered Fish
Crispy golden battered tarahiki, served with fries, homemade tartare sauce and salad

Cheese, Bacon & Chive Potato Skins
Potato skins with melted cheese, bacon and topped with sour cream and chives
Coriander Lamb Kebabs(GF)
Mini lamb kebabs with coriander, oregano and garlic.  Served with a garlic and mint yoghurt dip

Prime Crusted Rack of Lamb
